Car Parking

The car park holds the prestigious Park Mark award for secure car parks and benefits from monitored and recorded CCTV and regular manned  patrols.

Convenient help points are situated at each pay machine and at various locations around the car park. These allow you to talk directly to one of our friendly staff.

Plenty of wider bays for disabled shoppers situated close to the entrances on both levels. Extra wide parent and child bays to make things easier for parents unloading buggies.

The car park is operated with a pay on foot system so no worries about getting a parking ticket or whether you have paid enough parking. Simply park up, shop and pay for your parking before you return to your car. Pay machines are situated adjacent to Primark and Lucy Lockets on the upper mall and in the lift lobby on the upper level of the car park. The car park machines take cash only (notes and coins) and will give change too.

Why not have your car washed and valeted while you wait.  Our car park valet service is located on the left hand side as you enter the car park.

Lost tickets are charged at £10.00 per day. Overnight parking is not allowed and any vehicles left will be charged at £10 per day.
